The key to a successful event is good planning, and we are here to help you. Follow the steps below and we will work together to make sure all of the details are handled. Please inquire about any dietary restrictions.
We utilize these abbreviations for dietary needs; Vegetarian = Veg, Vegan = V, Gluten Friendly = Gfr

Call Us

The catering office is open Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm to assist you with all of your catering needs. To help us serve you better, please submit all orders 3 weeks in advance. Final counts are due 14 business days ahead of your event.  Call us at 619.594.7571 or email us at catering@sdsucatering.com.

Prices listed are for SDSU Campus funded/related events. Non Campus funded/related events, please call for a price quote.

Pick Up

Pick-Up Service


Client will come to SDSU Catering Office located at East Commons and pick up their order.There is no fee for this service. Disposable plateware available for an additional fee.

Drop Off

Drop-Off or Delivery Service


Our catering department will drop off your order to any campus location for a fee. Disposable plateware available for an additional fee.

Set up and Pick up delivery fees are applied based on group size. Service includes linens to cover food and beverage tables and also disposable ware. 

Ask for details when placing your order. Note: larger deliveries and events that are not picked up at the scheduled times are subject to additional fees.

Standard Delivery

Standard Service


Standard buffet service includes set-up, guest linens, disposable ware and staff for up to two hours. Inquire about longer events. You may upgrade to China and Glassware for an additional fee. 

Plated service events please call for a quote.

Events that are not picked up at the scheduled times are subject to additional fees.
